Return and Refund Policy

At BNC Homoeo Care, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide the highest quality homoeopathic medicines and healthcare products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item (different product than ordered).
  • The product has expired or is near expiry at the time of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue is required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed medicines or products.
  • Products without original packaging or missing labels.
  • Items purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective).
  • Any item reported for return after 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Attach supporting photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our support team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.
  4. If approved, you may be asked to return the item to our address or receive a replacement directly.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and verified, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may issue refunds via bank transfer (bank details required).

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@bnckolkata.com
  • Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be initiated within 3–5 working days.
